Hi, I’m Sarah! I specialize in a mind-body approach to help adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationships, and finding purpose.  I also enjoy working with individuals with disabilities to help  improve overall well-being. I have experience working with adults and teens in both day treatment programs and school settings, using therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques.

I began my career in education, where I loved building supportive relationships and helping others grow. These experiences led me to focus more deeply on mental health, where I could create a safe, caring space for people to feel seen and supported. I take a holistic approach, which means I consider each person as a whole—including mind, body, and spirit.

In sessions, I often use practical techniques that help connect the mind and body. This might include simple movements, breathing exercises, or paying attention to physical sensations—methods that encourage relaxation and help reduce stress. By tuning into the body, clients often find it easier to manage emotions and feel more grounded. I also use mindfulness, creative approaches like art therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques that explore different parts of ourselves to tailor each session to your needs.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to well-being!
