Mental health has always been a passion of mine, and I feel fortunate to work with individuals, couples, families, and children (ages 5-17) to support them in their unique journeys. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—working together to set goals, navigate challenges, and find practical strategies for growth.

My journey into therapy began at a young age, offering a listening ear to friends who needed someone to talk to. Today, my goal as a therapist is to build a foundation of trust in a safe, supportive, welcoming environment, where I listen deeply and offer guidance based on my knowledge and experience. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy  to address a variety of issues, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. These approaches can help strengthen relationships, foster healthier connections, and develop personalized coping skills.

I look forward to meeting new clients, reconnecting with past ones, and providing compassionate, effective support tailored to each person’s needs.
