I got into this work because I care about helping people build better relationships with the people around them and with themselves. I especially love working with kids, teens, and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, figuring out what it means to be neurodivergent, or going through a big change they didn't ask for. No two clients are the same, and therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. What I bring is warmth, curiosity, and a space where you can say the real thing without worrying about how it lands. My job is to meet you where you are, not where someone thinks you should be, and to help you build the kind of connections that make life feel less lonely.
