I became interested in therapy out of a desire to help people become the best versions of themselves and build fulfilling relationships in every area of life. As an intern, I’m continually learning new tools and techniques to support clients in meaningful ways. I tailor my approach for each client, often using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based therapy to meet individual needs.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I see the therapeutic relationship as essential, building trust and respect so that we can work together effectively. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning to continue your journey, I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
