Reaching out for help is hard. Nothing worth doing is easy, though, and you can be proud of yourself for taking the first step. In my work with kids, teens, young adults, and adults, I focus on helping you build a life that feels meaningful and like your own. My goal is a space that's warm and collaborative, where you're not being judged and you can look at what's happening right now as well as the patterns that keep showing up. I'm especially committed to affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, and to making room for identity to be explored openly.

Most of my clients come in dealing with depression, trauma, OCD, questions about identity, or ADHD-related challenges. I use ACT and DBT, which means you'll walk away with real, usable coping skills. I also use art therapy, which can be surprisingly powerful for getting at things that are hard to put into words. I think good therapy does both: gives you tools that work in the hard weeks, and helps you understand yourself well enough that the tools stick.
