I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, and much of my career has focused on supporting children, couples, and families in the adoption and foster care system and DCF. Through my work with DCF, I’ve helped families navigate complex challenges, including trauma, attachment issues, grief and loss, family dynamics, and parenting struggles. I’ve also worked with families processing fertility concerns, guiding them through difficult emotions with care and understanding.

I take a strengths-based approach in my work, focusing on the connections that help us understand ourselves, our relationships, and our place in the world. Using attachment and family systems perspectives, I support individuals, families, and couples as they rebuild and strengthen those connections.
