Life gets heavy sometimes, and everybody needs someone in their corner. I became a therapist because I've always been curious about how our experiences shape the way we think, feel, and show up in the world. And honestly, because I like being with people through the hard parts. I work with teens and adults, one-on-one and in groups. Most of my clients come in dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship stuff, big life changes, or that nagging self-doubt that has you overthinking and second-guessing everything. We will work together to figure out what keeps you stuck and work on ways to get you through the hard stuff.
